Salsa

6 each tomatoes
2 each celery stalks
2 tsp. garlic in oil
2 tsp. salt
1.2 tsp. coriander
3 fluid oz. sliced jalapeno peppers
1 tsp. cumin
3 each green onions
1 can (5.5 oz.) tomato juice
1 oz. fresh cilantro (chopped)

Dice tomatoes, celery and onion. Mix diced items with remaining ingredients except the cilantro. Puree in food processor until smooth. Add cilantro, mix well and chill.
