Pasta Salad
52 oz. cooked penne pasta
3 oz. diced red onion
9 oz. diced zucchini
9 oz. diced yellow squash
1 pt. cherry tomatoes (quartered)
1 ea. green pepper (diced medium)
20 fluid creamy Italian dressing
Mix well and allow to sit a minimum of 1 hour.
Yield = 7 lbs (112 oz)
